"In 2016 Greens General Foods contracted with M&M Autopak for the turnkey relocation of a manufacturing facility from Melbourne to Sydney

 

The scope included 8 production and packaging lines and all ancillary equipment including silo, raw material feed systems and ancillaries such as compressors, pallet wrappers and warehouse racking

 

M&M Autopak delivered this project in full, on time and on budget and were flexible in accommodating a mid project scope change where production lines had to be relocated simultaneously

 

M&M Autopak also provided professional and competent out of scope support to the make good of the Melbourne facility once all the Sydney relocations had been completed
