I wanted to let you know that we have been appointed to manage and undertake the sale of Electrolux’s main manufacturing plant in Orange.
In our proposal, we used the same Lift and Load and de-commissioning process that we developed with you at Reckitt Benckiser. No doubt the success of that project and feedback from Reckitt Benckiser on what we did as a team with MMautopak, was a key reason we were appointed.
The fact that Reckitt Benckiser had no damage to premises, personnel or equipment and all buyers were delighted with the decommissioning and recommissioning services provided by your team, says a lot about your approach/ care. We all know that Reckitt Benckiser had very significant, stringent environmental and OHS frameworks, given the volume of sensitive plant and contents, it’s a phenomenal achievement that the project was finished without incidence.
I will keep you posted on the Electrolux process, I am sure we will need your help with the dismantling, packing and export of some large machinery for their O/S divisions.
