A few years ago we were involved as the principle contractor to install a large Italian made furnace. The burner tubes stood at approx 3m in height and weighed over 100kg. As a maintenance plan was underway, the handling & storage of spare burner tubes was a real headache. Thanks to Russell and the team for their design concept as its put into production
With new installations, there is a strong need for a safety audit to make sure there is zero access to moving parts. The boys are 3/4 of the way through the manufacture and install of guarding for this new concrete batching plant.
In the last 12 months we have finally got the last of our team members ASIC approved so we can continue to assist our customers with installation projects in the Airports. One of our team member has also the New Zealand equivalent through their CCA authority. Looking forward to the reduced restrictions from the COVID-19 situation so we can get back to doing what we do best
Training is so important....yet at times, trying to allocate the time to train can be a challenge. So with the restrains of COVID 19 hanging over us, the time could not be better to invest in some well needed upskilling and certification. Well done to Russell and Cliff on completing their two day confimed space training and certification.
