As a manager, you direct, instruct and even delegate, but sometimes you need to lead by example. Our GM Russell Teale did just that by getting on the tools and helping one of our customers with a mechanical install at Townsville airport. Well done, Russ. Probably an excellent time to dust the cobwebs off your Allen Keys.
