Roll forming from A To B

Roll forming machinery are amazing to watch in a production environment. A flat sheet of steel is formed into amazing shapes. This is done be forcing the sheet metal through a series of rollers to form the shapes and angles required. The loads on the rollers are quiet high so to cope with these forces the machinery is strong and heavy. Relocating and re commissioning this equipment takes time, patience and a lot of care.
